Mahogany and Cedar Convertible Teardrop Camper

This eye catching version of our convertible teardrop camper is crafted out of mahogany cabinet grade plywood and solid aromatic cedar framing and trim. The beauty of the Mahogany and cedar trim combine to make our personal favorite teardrop here at Hillcrest. We have finished some of the interior cedar trim with danish oil. This allows the subtle aroma of fresh cut cedar to fill the cabin and provides a relaxing camping environment for the senses.

The cedar we use comes to us in rough cut lumber form. We then transform the cedar to the exact sizes required to craft the camper with our professional wood milling equipment. We have not only chosen this wood for its wonderful aroma, but cedar is also known for it's insect and rot resistant properties. The color and grain of the cedar also provide the perfect contrast in color to the premium mahogany we have chosen for these campers.

We have added features such as A/C or a folding bunk/shelf. These additional features are designed to complement the style and functionality of the teardrop camper. With the addition of some existing camping equipment, the teardrop will soon be ready to hit the road.
